BizGigz is an online software platform that provides all the business tools you need to succeed. BizGigz is designed to grow as the business grows. Our free-tier is designed to help first-time entrepreneurs and side-giggers launch their business, not-for-profit or creative endeavour including:

Once established, you can take out a paid subscription to gain access to premium tools for marketing, finance, service provision, event management, and even an online shop.
BizGigz helps you extend your online presence to reach new customers. This includes your Instant Website that is created automatically and enables you to sell products and services online, answer enquiries, and even publish a blog or creative portfolio.
If you sell physical goods, you can activate an Online Shop that includes integration with local freight providers as well as secure payment collection via Stripe Connect.
If you run a service business, you can use the Service Desk integrated with our Online Appointment Booking system to manage service requests and maintain customer records.
There's also unlimited Client Portals that enable you to securely share messages, documents and status reports with your customers.
An important feature of BizGigz is the deep integration between different parts of the system. Whether you are selling products through your BizGigz Online Shop or recording billable hours in the Service Desk, BizGigz will automatically create invoices in BizGigz Accounting and even help you collect payment through integration with the Stripe Connect merchant facility.
In addition to fully featured Accounting, BizGigz includes easy to use financial forecasting and budgeting tools, as well as inbuilt fund-raising tools that are particularly useful for startups and not-for-profits.
There's even an AI-powered Grant Application Agent that can help you source and apply for grant funding.
Data security is built-in at the very core of BizGigz – it's not just an afterthought. While it's impossible for anyone to provide a 100% guarantee that their systems will never be hacked, we follow DevSecOps best practice including:
- Access to the platform is only available using SSL/TLS (https://)
- Sensitive data is encrypted at rest
- Password-less authentication including options for phishing-resistant passkeys and TOTP based multi-factor authentication
- The application itself and your data are securely stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, protected by Google security engineers
- An automated software vulnerability audit is performed before each release of new features to our production environment
- The production database is protected by continuous back-up with fast recovery options to minimize downtime in the unlikely event of a successful attack
You can also contribute to your own cyber security by never allowing another person to sign-in to your account or access the email address that you used to register for BizGigz. Enable multi-factor authentication on your account, or set-up passkeys on any device you use to access the system. Also, you should always remember to explicitly sign-out of your account whenever you finish work – especially if you are using a shared or publicly accessible computer. Simply closing the web-browser will not fully terminate your current session until it times-out.
For first-time entrepreneurs and solo operators, many of the features are entirely free through our Enable subscription plan. You don't even need to provide a credit card to get started and launch your business.

Paid Plan Users: Subscribers on the Execute, Extend, or Enterprise plans can lodge a support request by clicking the Feedback button at the bottom of each page once you've signed in.
